About Cate
Cate Gonzalez is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a BFA in Musical Theatre and minors in Dance and Acting for the Camera. She began her acting career at Carrollwood Elementary School in Tampa, Florida in the first grade as the Queen of Hearts in the play The Shower of Hearts.
Recent productions include: Cabaret, Freaky Friday, Xanadu, Ride the Cyclone, Spring Awakening, and Much Ado About Nothing.
Recent Workshops include: Donner: An American Musical Tragedy and By Any Other Name.
Cate has 10+ years dance experience and 8 years as a competitive gymnast. She is also a choreographer.
